Text messaging program

SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Hometown Hero Insurance LLC ("Hometown Hero Insurance," "we," "us," or "our") to individuals who request Medicare assistance or customer care and choose to opt in to text messaging.

Effective / Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Program Description / Purpose

The Hometown Hero Insurance LLC text messaging program provides conversational, customer-care and servicing messages related to a Medicare inquiry you submitted to us. Messages are sent only to individuals who provide their mobile number and separately opt in to receive text messages.

Program name: Hometown Hero Insurance LLC. Hometown Hero Insurance LLC may send SMS/text messages related to your Medicare inquiry and Medicare customer care, including appointment reminders, enrollment or application updates, document or information requests, renewal or coverage reminders, and service follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance.

2. Types of Messages

If you opt in, you may receive text messages such as:

  • Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
  • Enrollment or application status updates.
  • Requests for documents or information needed to assist you.
  • Renewal, coverage review, or valid enrollment period reminders.
  • Service follow-ups and replies to questions you have asked us.

We do not use this program to send broad promotional or affiliate advertising campaigns. Messages relate to the Medicare assistance you requested and to ongoing Medicare customer care.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and needs. Because the program is conversational and tied to your specific inquiry, there is no fixed recurring message schedule.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging or data plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not stop legally required communications or non-SMS communications such as phone calls, email, or mail related to your inquiry or coverage, which you may address separately with us.

You may opt back in at any time by contacting us or submitting a new SMS consent request.

6. Help / Support Instructions (HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any message from us, call (813) 802-6136, or email info@hthinsurance.com.

8. Privacy / Data Use

Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited information with service providers who support message delivery solely to operate this program.
